Dale Fire initially started 12:37 p.m. July 16 in Riverside County, California. Since its discovery four days ago, it has burned 1,096 acres. By Sunday evening, 90% of the fire was brought under containment by a fire crew of 318. However, the cause is still being investigated.

The Dale Fire is 55% contained Saturday morning after burning almost 1,100 acres in Aguanga in Riverside County.

A brush fire ignited in the foothills of the Palomar Mountains in Riverside County, growing to more than 1,000 acres. It was 25% contained Thursday morning.
