State police identified the victims on Sunday as 43-year-old Clinton David Brink and his 41-year-old wife, Cristen Amanda Brink. In a statement issued on Sunday, the Arkansas State Police said the couple was killed while out hiking with their two daughter, ages 7 and 9, who were not injured in the incident.

Authorities are seeking the suspect in the deaths of a couple hiking on a trail at a state park in Arkansas. Their two children were with them and unharmed.

Police were called to Devil’s Den State Park, about 25 miles south of Fayetteville, shortly before 3 p.m. A 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were found dead on a walking trail within the park, authorities said in a news release.
