Shannon Sharpe is reportedly out at ESPN. After months of speculation, the Worldwide Leader in Sports has parted ways with Sharpe, as first reported by The Athletic.

Shannon Sharpe won't be part of the "First Take" family this NFL season, which means ESPN is running out of time to find a suitable replacement. Back in April, the Hall of Famer stepped down from his role on "First Take" because he was sued for sexual assault and battery in Nevada civil

The decision follows his recent settlement of a lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a woman during their relationship. Sharpe's last appearance on ESPN was in late April when the lawsuit was filed.
