Google’s update trailed a message from Replit CEO Amjad Masad at 2:34PM ET, when he had already tweeted, “Google cloud is having an outage and that’s taking Replit down.

Google, Google Cloud, Spotify, Snapchat, and Discord, among other services that saw an increase in reported issues on Down Detector, are all starting to show a decline, and that's a good thing.

The outage began around 1:50 p.m. ET (7:50 a.m. Hawaii time), and there were 14,729 reports of Google Cloud being down in the U.S. around 2:32 p.m. ET, according to tracking website Downdetector.com.
