The stealth-based action shooter, featuring Agent 47, will arrive on Android and iOS this autumn and later on Switch.

That Hitman: Absolution is a linear, hide-and-kill stealth-game-by-numbers. Because as slick and beautiful as it was, yesterday's demo was basically Splinter Cell Conviction: Bald Edition.

Hitman Absolution was released in 2012 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The game made some big changes to the series' classic formula, ditching open-ended sandboxes for a more linear level design.
