Hundreds of demonstrators filled the streets in downtown Knoxville amid a wave of "ICE Out" protests in cities across the U.S. on Friday. The peaceful Knoxville protest drew hundreds of East Tennesseans from different walks of life to Market Square on Friday evening before the group marched to the Howard H.

Denver police arrested 18 individuals during an "ICE Out!" immigration protest, with tensions over ICE policies sparking demonstrations and officials responding to potential conflict.
