Former Texas wide receiver Johntay Cook II, the top available player in the transfer portal according to 247 Sports, was arrested and charged with property theft and interference of public duties on Tuesday. He is being held at Lon Evans Correctional Center in Fort Worth, according to Tarrant County records.
