Bloomberg analysts predict a 90% chance of SEC approval for a Litecoin ETF in 2025, leading other cryptocurrency ETF candidates

LTC and $DOGE prices climbed Monday night after Bloomberg senior ETF analysts projected that Litecoin ETFs have a 90% chance of getting approved by the U.S. SEC this year.

Odds of a litecoin (LTC) exchange-traded fund (ETF) going live in the coming months jumped to over 90% with dogecoin (DOGE) next at 75% odds, well-followed ETF analyst James Seyffart said in an X post late Monday.

Likewise, Solana and XRP ETFs also got approval odds of 70% and 65%, respectively. Notably, only the Litecoin and Solana ETF filings have been acknowledged by the SEC and await a final verdict of approval.

Bloomberg ETF analysts James Seyffart and Eric Balchunas assessed the chances of approval for several cryptocurrency-based exchange-traded products (ETPs). They expressed optimism about the regulatory prospects for these products, particularly highlighting the likelihood of Litecoin ETFs gaining approval, The Block reported.
