The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Colorado Rockies 4-0 at PNC Park in Pittsburgh on. The Pirates' Jared Triolo hit a three-run home run in the fourth inning. The Pirates stand at 57-74; the Rockies are 37-94.

Antonio Senzatela (4-14, 7.00 ERA) has largely had a 2025 to forget, but turned in one of his best starts of the season a few days ago against the Arizona Diamondbacks when he threw five innings of shutout ball. He’ll look to turn in similar results against the Pirates, who torched him for a season-high-tying eight earned runs on August 1st.
