A dog that went missing during the floods in Central Texas earlier this month was found alive with help from a trackable GPS collar.

The body of a woman who went missing in the Texas floods earlier this month was found on Tuesday, Gov. Greg Abbott said in a statement.

Authorities determined that three people are still missing from the floods, a sharp drop from the approximately 100 people authorities had previously said were unaccounted for.
