Activist HM Venkatesh in his case alleged Virat Kohli promoted “gambling through IPL,” which incited the crowd and led to the tragedy.

On Friday, social activist H.M. Venkatesh filed a complaint naming Virat Kohli as one of the individuals responsible for the incident. However, no FIR has yet been registered on the complaint

The accused were majorly three bodies, KSCA, RCB and DNA. Officials have remanded 4 officials while clearing the KSCA officials.
