The vice president and his wife were booed as they took their seats for a National Symphony Orchestra concert of music by Shostakovich and Stravinsky.

Vice President J.D. Vance and second lady Usha Vance were booed Thursday while sitting down in their box seats during a concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington.

The boo birds came after President Trump took over as chairman last month and replaced the board of trustees with loyalists, leading to a rash of cancelled performances.
