A Canadian man has been arrested by Indian authorities at the New Delhi’s airport after a crocodile skull was found in his luggage.

A Canadian man was arrested at an Indian airport for carrying a crocodile skull in his luggage. Customs officials stopped the 32-year-old man during a security check at Terminal 3 of Delhi’s international airport on Monday and found "a skull with sharp teeth, resembling the jaw of a baby crocodile" wrapped in a cloth.

A 32-year-old Canadian was detained at Delhi airport for attempting to transport a crocodile skull. The animal belonged to a protected species, as confirmed by customs officials and experts from the Department of Forests and Wildlife.
