Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey has publicly called for Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to resign following nationwide outrage after a federal immigration agent fatally shot 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti in Minneapolis during an immigration enforcement operation.

Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey will deliver her third State of the Commonwealth address from the State House in Boston Thursday night.
