A Lancaster County man was charged with animal cruelty after police say he used scissors to cut off the leg of an injured Labradoodle.

According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, Stephen Stoltzfus, 45, cut off one of the dog’s legs with a pair of scissors after it had been injured by a hay machine blade.
