Conservative pundit Bill O’Reilly called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to “make an example” of actor Robert De Niro by investigating and possibly jailing him for his recent commentary against President Trump.
Robert De Niro claimed Monday that President Donald Trump will "never leave" office and said "we have to make him leave," during a recent podcast interview with Nicolle Wallace.
De Niro also urged Americans to resist Trump and his administration, saying that movements are not going to simply go away, even if Trump passes away. He insisted that people have to resist such movements actively and work toward removing such movements from the country:
Throughout the ranging 40-minute sitdown for MS NOW’s The Best People, Wallace and DeNiro discussed the president at several points.
De Niro called the Trump administration a bunch of ‘dishonest, greedy and cruel authoritarians’ and Trump a ‘failing, flailing, and desperate leader’, while the POTUS threatened to expel him from the US. But he’s said worse over the years.
