The land for the YMCA Sports Complex was donated by the late James Gorman, father of campaign ambassador, Jeff Gorman.
"We’ve got to have activity for our youth," one mayor said.
The city is converting the second of three soccer fields at the Strawberry Fields Athletic Complex.
