A good Samaritan was able to rescue a person stuck in a Stoughton house fire on Jan. 10, according to the fire department. The Stoughton Fire Department said they were dispatched just after 8 a.m.

A structure fire on West Broadway Street in Stoughton prompted a swift response from local fire and EMS teams on Saturday.

The call came in around 8:00 a.m. Saturday from the 100 block of W. Broadway Street, the Stoughton Fire Department said.
