Comedy star Larry David is partnering with a former president for his next project. The Independent reports that David, known as the creator and star of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and co-creator of the sitcom “Seinfeld,” is working with Barack and Michelle Obama on a new sketch comedy series for HBO.
