Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo talked about the potential season-ending injury to star Damian Lillard.

It seemed reasonable back then to think that Giannis Antetokounmpo could win multiple titles in Milwaukee. Now, that dream looks dead. Giannis remains a top-three player in the league and has played unbelievably in the playoffs over the past three seasons.

Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.
