ESPN's Bradford Doolittle was critical of the Atlanta Braves signing outfielder Jurickson Profar to a 3-year, $42 million contract this offseason.

After pretending he was Andruw Jones or Chipper Jones in backyard games as a kid, Profar will be the Braves' everyday left fielder.

A new leg kick helped make Jurickson Profar a first-time All-Star at 31 with San Diego. That important tweak to his swing also helped lead Profar to Atlanta.
