McLaren revealed a first look at its 2027 Le Mans Hypercar competitor on Saturday, the biggest step yet in the brand's return to racing for the overall win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The 5-spoke Le Mans wheels with blue/red center caps are a tribute to the F1, hiding gold brake calipers with a red McLaren logo. The latter can be the standard braking kit or the optional track kit.

McLaren CEO Zak Brown has been teasing the British team's return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 2019, when the current LMH regulations were still being negotiated.
