A high school senior has been identified as the victim of a deadly crash in Manhattan Beach over the weekend, and police say that the driver was allegedly drunk. Braun Levi, 18, was walking along the 100 block of Sepulveda Boulevard with a friend at around 12:45 a.

"He was a vibrant part of our community and in so many nooks and crannies of our community," said Loyola High School Principal Jamal Adams.

The Manhattan Beach Police Department arrested the suspected driver, Jenia Resha Belt, who records show had a suspended or revoked driver’s license because of a previous offense, and booked her on suspicion of murder and DUI causing injury.
