A Pennsylvania company is raising eyebrows after raking in more than $5 million from Oklahoma Lottery scratch-offs in a single day this month, sparking questions about how groups of out-of-state players are targeting certain games.
More than 1.1 million other Powerball tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $4 to $100,000, the lottery said. The Powerball jackpot was last won May 31, when a California player hit the $204.5 million grand prize. To score a jackpot in the Powerball, a player must match all five white balls and the red Powerball.
