Paige Bueckers scored 10 points in 23 minutes in her WNBA preseason debut on Notre Dame's home floor as the rebuilding Dallas Wings lost 112-78 to the perennially title-contending Aces.

The woman they call Paige “buckets” Bueckers made her first appearance in a Dallas Wings uniform on Friday night in South Bend, Indiana. Bueckers, the Wings’ No. 1 overall draft pick in this spring’s WNBA draft, showed flashes of why she’s one of the most highly anticipated prospects in WNBA history.

Paige Bueckers knew almost nothing but success at Connecticut, but it's going to take time for that to translate in the WNBA.
