Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will not be joined by the Ravens' Lamar Jackson or the Bills' Josh Allen at the upcoming Pro Bowl Games.

The Pittsburgh Steelers got some surprising news on Tuesday, as quarterback Russell Wilson was officially named to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games as an alternate in place of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.

Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson, Buffalo’s Josh Allen and Washington’s Jayden Daniels won’t be participating in the Pro Bowl Games this week.

The 6-foot-4, 225-pound Maye is the first Patriots quarterback to make the Pro Bowl since 2022, when Mac Jones made the game as an alternate during his rookie season. Jones went 12-for-16 in the game for 112 yards, a touchdown, and an interception.

This space recently floated the largely accepted notion that starting Justin Fields at quarterback next season makes sense for the Steelers. Fields is 25 and has pedigree, having been selected 11th overall in the 2021 NFL draft.
