A Brooklyn nurse swooped in to save an adorable French bulldog stolen from a Bushwick apartment on Monday, after finding the trembling pup abandoned in a hospital parking lot.

The updated death count came after hours of testimony on the city’s response to the recent arctic freeze, where 18 people have been found.
