On July 14, the Kentucky Lottery said the man, who wished to remain anonymous, went to the Midpoint Food Mart in Irvine, Kentucky to buy four $10 Pick 3 tickets. He also received four Pick 4 promotional tickets, each having two free Pick 4 Box Quick Picks, in them because of a new promotion launched that day.
