A family from Oklahoma is asking for help after a newlywed wife and a 3-year-old child were lost to a flash flood in West Virginia.

A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 4:31 p.m. EDT for strong thunderstorms until 5:30 p.m.
