A man from Oakmont was arrested and is now facing charges for cyber harassment after officials say he threatened to use a guillotine on a Florida hospital CEO.

Just hours before the Open Championship, PGA Tour pro Wyndham Clark has been banned from Oakmont after a locker-room outburst during the U.S. Open last month.

An Oakmont man was arrested and charged with cyber harassment of a Florida hospital CEO, including threats to use a guillotine. Lawrence Brunn, 63, faces up to five years in federal prison if he is found guilty of harassing the CEO of Tampa General Hospital,

Crews were on the scene of a water main break in Oakmont on Wednesday morning. The break happened on the 300 block of Allegheny Avenue. A crew from the Oakmont Water Authority was spotted at the scene working to make repairs. It was not immediately known how long those repairs may take or how many customers were affected.
