Max Verstappen has dismissed concerns that he might consider leaving Red Bull, after last weekend’s Bahrain Grand Prix proved to be a turbulent day for the team.

A Max Verstappen confidante has revealed that the Dutchman could opt to sit out F1 2026 and plot his next move.

Verstappen claimed the conversation was “about everything” and that “people can always see (such things) their own way,” but added that Horner had joined Vermeulen and Marko for the conversation given their united frustration over how the race had unravelled.
