Tatum co-directed "Dog" with his "Magic Mike" partner Reid Carolin, basing Carolin's fictional script on a 2017 HBO documentary, "War Dog: A Soldier's Best Friend," that they co-produced.

Tatum, Carolin and Free Association are represented by CAA, Hansen Jacobson and Relevant. Brad Pitt and Plan B are repped by CAA, and Pitt also is with Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

In 2017, Tatum and Carolin were on the ground producing “Magic Mike Live,” which launched in Las Vegas as a Cirque du Soleil-style event and opened in London a year later.
