A low pressure system parked offshore will continue to spin cold rain and snow showers on and off through Wednesday. Late Monday night into early Tuesday morning could give us a better chance for widespread snow accumulation.

There will most likely be an icy commute on Monday morning. Temperatures throughout the region will be below freezing at sunrise, and leftover water on the roadways could turn to ice. There is also the possibility of some snow showers throughout the commute, which is why Monday will be another Weather Alert Day.
