Sen. Chris Murphy appeared on CNN on Sunday, where he said that President Donald Trump is engaged in a "deliberate campaign" to "increase violence" in the United States.

"I have been briefed on the shooting that took place at Brown University in Rhode Island. The FBI is on the scene. The suspect is in custody. God bless the victims and the families of the victims!" Trump wrote at 5:44 p.m. on Truth Social.
