The 2028 Los Angeles Olympic schedule has been released with exactly three years to go before competition begins. With the Opening Ceremony on July 14, 2028 -- which will be split between LA Memorial Coliseum and the 2028 Stadium in Inglewood just to the south -- the games will feature a new record of 351 medal events over a two-week run.

Los Angeles Olympic organizers release the dates for some of the most popular competitions during the Games, including track and field and swimming.

The LA Olympic Opening Ceremony is scheduled for July 14, 2028, with games taking place from July 14-July 30. The Paralympic Games will then take place from Aug. 15-27. See a first look at the schedule below.
