Preseason has come to an end for the Cincinnati Bengals, and now some tough decisions need to be made with final roster cuts looming.

Mitchell Tinsley won’t be denied. But Williams is an especially tough cut to make. He’s the perfect example of adding to the roster well. The Bengals nabbed him on the waiver wire last year and he played himself onto the roster, showing well on special teams returns, too. Other teams will have an interest.
