The Indiana Fever announced on Friday that both Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham are expected to return to action in their game against the New York Liberty on Saturday. Both guards have been dealing with respective injuries that have forced them to miss Indiana's last few games.

However, there wasn't a close competition between which point guard made Indiana look sharper on the court. McDonald, a hardship exemption addition by the Fever after her surprise cut by the Los Angeles Sparks, is a perfect fit in Fever coach Stephanie White's system.
