Business owners at Oak Court Mall are operating in limbo as the shopping center prepares to close without a confirmed date.

Four Barnes and Nobles are opening this year. The largest location will be the one on State and Randolph streets in the Loop.

One of the new locations will be at 150 N. State Street, which is the former Old Navy store that closed back in 2023.
