Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Simone Biles have been named Best Male and Female Athletes at the ESPYS. Gilgeous-Alexander led the Oklahoma City Thunder to an NBA title last month and was also named league MVP.

Milwaukee's Giannis Antetokounmpo rounds out the top three at +700. He didn't receive any first- or second-place votes in last season's voting but did rack up 88 third-place votes. His 30.4 ppg ranked second in the NBA in scoring last year.

So it shouldn't be a shocker to see Gilgeous-Alexander's trophy case get stuffed to the point that he'll need a second one. He was named the ESPY's 2025 NBA Player of the Year award winner. Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jayson Tatum were the other nominees.
