Preview the exciting changes coming to your iPhone this fall, including a new aesthetic called Liquid Glass, with the new public beta.

Macworld Certainly one of the main highlights of iOS 26, which was announced earlier this month at WWDC 2025, is the new Liquid Glass interface. But as we’ve reported here, the update also comes with a lot of other new features – such as many new APIs that open up a lot of possibilities for app developers.

Assuming you're enrolled in the Apple public beta program, you can now grab the public beta directly on your iPhone. Just go to Settings, tap on General and select Software Updates. On that screen, tap on Beta Updates to find the iOS 26 beta.
