North Korean leader Kim Jong Un supervised the test-firing of two types of new antiair missiles, state media said Sunday, displaying his expanding military capabilities as the South Korean and U.S. militaries carry out joint drills.

Kim has at least two and possibly three children, according to South Korean intelligence, but only one, Ju-ae, has made public appearances.

The newly-tested air-defense missiles "are very suitable for destroying various aerial targets," North Korean state media reported.
