The Detroit Lions return most of their roster under a revamped coaching staff in the 2025 season after going 15-2 in 2024.

The Detroit Lions announced on Tuesday the entirety of their 2025 coaching staff. Obviously, this year the Lions went through some pretty significant changes. Detroit lost both their offensive coordinator (Ben Johnson) and defensive coordinator (Aaron Glenn) to head coaching jobs,

When Barnes went down in Week 3 with a season-ending injury, the Lions tried multiple different players at the position over the course of the year. Should Barnes in fact leave in free agency, this would create a need at the position that the Lions could consider filling in the Draft.

Adding a wide receiver who can grow within the offense is a necessity for Detroit, and they could address that need later in the draft with several solid options that could be available.
