A man has died after the chain around his neck caused him to be pulled into an MRI machine at a medical building on Long Island. Keith McAllister, 61, died from his injuries following the incident in Westbury, New York.

New York police said the 61-year-old man was wearing a large metal chain that caused him to be "drawn into the machine." The FDA warns that MRI scan create a "strong, static magnetic field."
