Novak Djokovic has confirmed his coaching partnership with Andy Murray has come to an end, two weeks before the start of the French Open. The 24-time Grand Slam champion announced at the end of last year that Murray would be joining his team in a shock move, and they worked together for the first time in Australia at the start of the season.

Djokovic thanked his former tennis rival "for all the hard work, fun and support" over the six months Murray worked as part of his coaching staff.

Andy Murray will no longer work as Novak Djokovic's coach after the pair announced they would be parting ways less than two weeks before Roland Garros kicks off
