Police evacuated a West Chester hotel after making multiple arrests and learning about a potentially armed suspect who refused to leave their room.

Pub bosses have confirmed The Railway Inn in Lye will re-open next month after a revamp which aims to make it a “quality family-friendly local” with a focus on sport and entertainment.
