Moore signed a one-year deal with the Vikings back in March after missing all of last season with the Atlanta Falcons because of an injury to his right knee. The speedy 25-year-old was expected to compete for a return position on special teams, while also providing depth at receiver.

Vikings wide receiver Rondale Moore will miss a second straight season after suffering a devastating left knee injury in Minnesota’s preseason opener against the Texans this past weekend, the team confirmed Tuesday.

Moore, 25, last played in an NFL game in Week 18 of the 2023 season. He won't play in another until the 2026 season, at the earliest. The Vikings didn't disclose the nature of his injury, but noted that it is "season-ending."
