As for Samsung's smartwatches, everything's a squircle now. Mimicking last year's Galaxy Watch Ultra, the Galaxy Watch8 series keeps the circular display but stuffs it into a squircle case, a weird Franken-watch design language that might have you asking, “What happened?” (Samsung calls this its “Cushion” design, which is a choice.)

Samsung just unveiled a stacked lineup of products for 2025, including a strikingly thin Galaxy foldable and a new Galaxy Watch that can offer even more health insights than before.

Samsung is expected to unveil its latest foldables and wearables at their July event, scheduled for 10 a.m. ET in Brooklyn.

Project Moohan, the Galaxy Ring 2, and a tri-foldable phone are just some of the devices that may make appearances during the Wednesday keynote.
