A man convicted of murder in a Winston-Salem wreck in 2020 that killed an assistant principal at Lexington Senior High School is not entitled to a new trial, the N.C.

A Davidson County woman was hit and killed late Sunday night while walking along the center of Yates Road, the N.C. State Highway Patrol said.
