On December 9, Animal Humane Society rescued 41 animals from inhumane living conditions. At the property of an unlicensed breeder, our humane investigators found dozens of dogs — including vulnerable puppies — roaming an unsanitary home covered with feces and urine. We also removed several birds from dirty cages with no access to food or water.
