WATCH: The situation at #Bicol ports as Super Typhoon #UwanPH batters the region. The Philippine Coast Guard (#PCG) reports that 101 ports and areas are affected, with 6,351 passengers, truck drivers, and cargo helpers stranded along with 3,238 rolling cargoes, 66 vessels, and 22 motorbancas nationwide.
